Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier logistics or force majeure events.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been dispatched/shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days.

We accept returns/replacements only under the following conditions:

If the item arrived damaged, please send us an unboxing video/photo within 24 hours of delivery.

If you received a different product than what you ordered.

Hygiene products, sterile surgicals, and opened consumables are non-returnable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 days.
