Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation Timeframe: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
  • How to Cancel: Please contact our support team with your Order ID.
  • After Dispatch: Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. You may choose to return it after delivery (subject to the Return Policy below).
2. Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following specific conditions:

  • Damaged/Defective Product: If the product arrives damaged, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or clear photos.
  • Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

Note: Hygiene products, sterile surgical items, and opened consumables are Non-Returnable due to health and safety regulations.

3. Refund Policy
  • Approval: Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 2 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing Time: If approved, the refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days.
  • Credit Method: The amount will be automatically credited to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Transfer).
  • Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days, please check with your bank first, then contact us.
4. Shipping Costs on Returns

If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the return shipping costs. For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
